Stonshield SLT—is a kind of seamless coating system comprised of :

 Standard Primer—Atwo-component, penetrating, moisture tolerant, epoxy primer.

Stonshield Undercoat—A two-component, free flowing epoxy formulation consisting of resin and curing agent.

Stonshield Aggregate—Brightlycolored, quartz broadcast aggregate.

Stonshield Sealed—A two-component, high performance, UV resistant, clear epoxy sealer.

 Application

 This flooring system is suited for commercial and industrial application with its free-flowing feature, and engineered with a texture surface for slip resistance. In addition, this system is ideal for research facilities, correctional institutions, hospitals and health care facilities, and wide variety of light manufacturing areas.

 Substrate

 Application of Stonshield SLT is possible over new or smooth concrete without the aid of renovation. It is not recommended over wood, brick, tile, asphalt, mastic, gypsum based products and painted surfaces.

 Options

Cove Base—providing integral seal at the joint between the floor and the wall, cove bases in heights from 2 to 6 inches/5 to 15 cm are available.

Standard or Medium Texture—Stonshield Sealer is applied at a thickness to achieve the desired texture.
